LIMITS

Lets talk about Limits.
Am not talking about limits in context to boundaries..
Am talking of limits in context to self-hindrance.

"We limit ourselves to experiences". My wise sister quoted to me one morning.
We limit ourselves to our little desks in the office and think, that is it?!
We do not take ourselves out on dates..we stop indulging in our hobbies and think what's left to do?!
We limit our selves to relationships that are detrimental to us..
We limit ourselves to emotions that make no sense..
We limit ourselves with our shrewdness and the languages we speak,
We limit ourselves to our areas of study and what tribes we comes from,
With limit ourselves to our personalities and the company we keep,
We limit ourselves with our experiences and the knowledge we claim to have gunnered,
We limit ourselves with Age and height and skin tones and body shapes and fashion sense...
We limit ourselves with negative speak & low self-esteem
With know-it-all attitudes & superiority complexes.
We even limit what God can do for us

If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else.
It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. – Bruce Lee

Bruce Lee couldn't have said it any better.
Mental and emotional limits turn into physical limits.
Parkour is a version of extreme sports. Just like the image above, the participants jumps over buildings,  climb walls and anything that appears to stand in their way.
I thought about the sports men, and how open minded they must be.
They are literally limitless. Nothing seems to be able to stand in their way.
Embracing the limitless mentality is the most liberating feeling i could think of.
