I want to make the MOST interesting, amazing, glorious and fantastic mistake(s) someday.
In the face of making such a mistake, i hope to have so much fun.
When i was much younger, i always imagined that one day i would get to live in Philadelphia.
Ride the bus on the corner of 18th Street everyday to work.
My dream job *then* was to bust tables in restaurants as i learn how to prepare fabulous meals by day and hang out at spoken word poetry clubs by night.
I hoped to learn the guitar, from a young Philly soul-brotha, with a clean shaven head and a nappy beard.
I must admit, i still think about my Philly dream quite often.

Marion and Sharon are friends of mine, who have beyond the shadow of a doubt truly inspired me.
They both quit their 9 to 5 to follow through with their passions. le sigh.
I admire their courage! The Courage to break away from the norm and JUST DO IT !
And the art of doing it is what they are now working towards perfecting.
Sometimes, i give myself the pep talks: If Marion did it, Sharon did it.. So can you! Just do it!
Truth is I am AFRAID! That little light of mine aint shining, its hiding under a blanket of fear and uncertainty.
Following your heart takes courage. It's a tough decision to make. but somebody's got to do it!
What do i have to lose? ------ except, EVERYTHING?!
Its a HUUUUGE transition really.
I hope someday i will finally transition:)

THE PASSION OF CHRIST

For years the true meaning of Easter never dawned on me.
I celebrated what i was taught to celebrate. The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Which in essence had no personal significance to me, except through what i was taught/ programmed to believe in.Sometime last year curiosity got the best of me, i started asking questions, grilling the Lord day and night to show me what the big deal about Jesus dying on the cross was all about? 
I watched The Passion Of Christ EVERYDAY! I wanted to know why they whip him? Why did he accept such a punishment? Why did they nail him here and not there? Why should this be important to me? -- Questions! Questions!
Well, finally i got my answer! It was such a a heavy-duty response that i almost missed it.
But, Isaiah 53:4-5 Sums it perfectly!
So, this year its not just EASTER! I will be celebrating The Passion of Christ Jesus! His love for me.. for you.. forgiveness of sins and the victory over death.

⁴ Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. 

 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities;

Over the last couple of months, i have gone through a major transition.
My life has undergone a MAAAJOR make over. It's somewhat KILLING social life *musings*
I have learnt hard lessons. Those lessons that have now expanded my borders and vocabulary.

:: You’ve gotta LOVE what you do! Otherwise, what’s the point in doing it??? Right??!

I, on one end have discovered my TRUE passion and am LOVING IT  *parapapapa  :))) *

Goal

The end toward which effort is directed; AIM

:: Goals are EVERYTHING!! You CAN NOT achieve what you have not stated. Learning first hand that happy go-lucky does not COUNT.
Write it down.. Account for it!
You will NEVER appreciate where you have been until you know where you are going.

:: OOOHWEE! You can say that AGAIN! My dictionary word of the year! It doesn’t get any easier than perseverance! One word, with a whole lot more underlining in between.
I am walking that line.
